WF-B Dust Collecting Pulverizer

This machine is suitable for industries such as food, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, etc. It is a crushing equipment that integrates crushing and dust collection.
 
The cavity of this machine is made of all stainless steel materials and has corrosion resistance. The machine cavity is smooth and flat, without powder accumulation or dead corners, which is convenient for cleaning and makes the production of medicines, chemicals or food more in line with GMP requirements.
 
This unit utilizes the relative motion between the movable gear disc and the fixed gear disc to crush the materials through tooth impact, friction and mutual impact among the materials. The crushed materials, under the effect of rotational centrifugal force, automatically enter the collection bag. The dust is filtered and recovered through the filter bag in the dust collection box. This machine is designed in accordance with the "GMP" standard and is entirely made of stainless steel materials. There is no dust flying during the production process. It can also improve the utilization rate of materials and reduce costs. Currently, it has reached the international advanced level.

Working principle

This machine features a simple structure, is sturdy and durable, operates smoothly, has low noise, obvious crushing effect and is easy to maintain. It is an ideal specialized equipment for crushing materials.
 
This machine can be equipped with a simple dust collector mechanism according to the customer's needs. The crushing unit equipped with a dust collector is mainly designed to prevent dust from flying and reduce material loss, facilitating recycling and reuse, and meeting GMP standards.
 
This dust collector mechanism is connected to the main unit. The materials are collected through the lower discharge port by the collection bucket or by the filter bags. The dust around the filter bags is adsorbed on the collection bags by the negative pressure of the dust collector fan, thus achieving the purpose of dust removal.
 
This dust collector group is equipped with a simple patting mechanism. When in use, according to the actual usage conditions, the handle can be turned within a certain period of time to pat the fine dust adhering to the filter bags off and collect it in the collection cylinder below, achieving the purpose of recovery. It fully complies with GMP requirements.
