Main Purpose

This machine is suitable for ultrafine grinding of wet materials in the pharmaceutical, food, chemical and other industries. It can crush, emulsify, homogenize and mix various semi-wet and emulsion substances. The indicators have reached the advanced level of similar foreign products.

Working Principle

This machine achieves crushing through the relative motion of movable steel grinding discs and fixed steel grinding discs of different geometric shapes at high speed, as well as through shearing, grinding and high-frequency vibration. The grinding chamber is equipped with two grinding zones. The first one is the fine grinding zone, and the second one is the ultrafine grinding zone. The fineness of grinding can be adjusted by the gap between the upper and lower steel grinding discs, which can effectively achieve the required ultrafine grinding effect in one go. This machine features a compact structure, smooth operation, low noise, corrosion resistance, easy cleaning and convenient maintenance. At present, it is one of the most ideal equipment for wet crushing in China.
