The working principle of the wafer-type square cone mixer is to stir by rotating the mixing barrel and fixtures of different shapes, and to uniformly mix two or more types of powder materials by means of mechanical force and gravity, etc.
The specific process is as follows: After the square and conical mixing hopper containing materials is pushed into the rotating frame and fully positioned, the control system will send a signal that the hopper is positioned in place. At this time, press the confirmation button on the operation screen, and the lifting/clamping system will automatically lift the hopper into place and clamp it. After the hopper is fully clamped, the drive system mixes according to the set parameters such as time and speed. When the set mixing time is about to be reached, the rotating frame automatically decelerates and rotates slowly. Immediately, the braking system works, causing the rotating frame to stop vertically until it is convenient to push out the hopper, and the mixing is completed. Then, the lifting/clamping system automatically releases the clamp and lowers the hopper to the ground. Meanwhile, the printer automatically prints the complete data of this batch of mixtures. At this point, remove the hopper, and this mixing cycle is completed.
