GHL Series High Efficient Damp Mixer and Granulator

Working Principle

Powder materials and binders are thoroughly mixed into a moist soft material by the bottom-mounted mixing paddle in a cylindrical container, then cut into uniform wet granules by the high-speed cutting paddle mounted on the side.

Working Purpose

1. This machine adopts a cylindrical structure for the bedroom, with a reasonable design.

2. The inflating sealed drive shaft can be switched to water during cleaning. 3. Fluidized bed granulation produces particles that are nearly spherical and have good flowability.

4. Compared to traditional processes, this method reduces the binder by 252% and shortens drying time.

5. Each batch takes only 2 minutes for mixing and 1-4 minutes for granulation, resulting in a 4-5 times increase in efficiency compared to traditional methods.

6. All operations, including dry mixing, wet mixing, and granulation, are completed within the same closed container, reducing process steps and meeting GMP standards.

7. The entire operation has strict safety protection measures in place.

8. Both mixing and cutting utilize variable frequency speed control for more uniform granulation.
