GHJ-V High Effect Mixer

Working Principle
Gravitational Mixing
The V-shaped mixing drum, composed of two asymmetrical cylinders, causes materials to form axial layer-by-layer alternating diffusion mixing due to different decomposition and combination potentials during rotation. Meanwhile, materials at different planes on the inner wall of the drum have different potentials, generating transverse convection mixing, which enables materials to achieve a highly uniform random mixing state.
Airflow-Assisted Mixing
The rotating shaft of some GHJ-V type high-efficiency mixers adopts a hollow structure, allowing natural or hot air to be sent into the V-shaped mixing drum through the air supply and exhaust pipes. This accelerates the flow rate of materials, making it easier to mix dry materials and improving mixing efficiency and quality.
Structural Features
Asymmetrical V-Shaped Mixing Drum
The mixing drum is composed of two cylinders with unequal lengths in a V-shaped structure. This asymmetrical design enables materials to generate complex movement trajectories during mixing, enhancing mixing uniformity.
High-Quality Materials
The drum is typically made of stainless steel, featuring strong corrosion resistance, hygienic cleanliness, and easy cleaning, meeting the sanitary requirements for material mixing in various industries.
Drive System
One end is equipped with a motor and a speed reducer. The motor power is transmitted to the speed reducer via a belt, and the speed reducer then transmits it to the V-shaped drum through a coupling, providing stable power for the mixer to ensure continuous operation of the V-shaped drum.
Sealing Design
It can use vacuum feeding for operation in a sealed state. There are no transmission mechanisms inside, ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and no dead corners, which complies with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) requirements.
